Q2: Home prices in Lotus Woods increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Lotus Woods rose by $160,000 while total sales increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 320 percent increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lotus Woods in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lotus Woods for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,020, approximately 1.4 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
