Ingleside Shore home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Ingleside Shore rose by $41,950 while total sales increased by 140 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,950 - a 19.7 percent increase over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Ingleside Shore in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Ingleside Shore for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,478, approximately 1.8 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
