The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Waukegan rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 330.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 465 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 0.6 percent increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Waukegan in the first half of 2021.
