Pricing for the median home in Long Lake increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Long Lake rose by $62,000 while total sales increased by 320 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,500 - a 56.6 percent increase over the $109,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Long Lake in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,453, approximately two percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
