Continued Public Hearing 2022-SUP-007 for an amendment to the existing Special Use Permit for the property 1174 Park Avenue W, located within the R1 zoning district, by the Birchwood Club, for a “Tennis, Racquetball, Handball, Swimming & Other Private Recreational Clubs”, a Conditional Use in the R1; Applicant proposes new courts with accessory structures, and variations may be considered, including to Article 6 lighting

b. Continued Public Hearing 2022-SUP-004 for a Special Use Permit to allow for a New or Used Motor Vehicle Sales &/or Storage Lots, freestanding, Motor Vehicle Washing Facility, and Motor Vehicle Repair, Major or Minor, and Design Review, with variations, for the property 1535-1549 Park Avenue W

c. Continued Public Hearing 2022-PUD-007 for a Special Use Permit in the Nature of a Substantial Amendment to a Planned Development for a 10-residential unit development for the property commonly known as the Southwest Corner of Livingston St. and Compton Ave., zoned R6. Design Review, re-platting, and, variations and relief may be considered to zoning, subdivision, and design review requirements

d. Public Hearing 2022-PUD-006, by Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH), proposing the construction of an eight unit attached townhome development; zoning relief for rear yard setback and other modifications or variations of Chapter 176 Design Review, Chapter 151 Subdivision, Chapter 150 Zoning Code, and Chapter 93 of City Code may be requested, as appropriate; includes Design Review, Final Plat of Consolidation, Special Use Permit in the Nature of a Concurrent Preliminary and Final Planned Development, for 925, 929, and 937 Deerfield Road, located within the RM1 zoning district

e. Public Hearing 2022-ZTA-001 for a Zoning Code Text Amendment to modify Chapter 150, the Zoning Code, to add regulations pertaining to required bicycle parking standards, vehicle parking reductions for developments providing bicycle parking, internal parking lot pedestrian circulation systems, and requiring development connectivity to existing/planned trails and multi-use paths

f. Public Hearing 2022-ZTA-002 for a Zoning Code Text Amendment to modify Section 150.490 and related Article 8 off-street parking requirements to allow the land use Animal Clinics or Hospitals in the B5 zoning district as either permitted or conditional use and to allow the land use as a permitted use in the I, B3, B4-4, B4-5, B4-6, and B4-BG zoning districts; the amendment will consider indoor versus outdoor components of the use

g. A Resolution Approving a 2023 Meeting Schedule
