Chair Hart called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Minutes from July 25, 2022.
A motion was made by Commissioner Casbon, seconded by Commissioner Pedersen, that these minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following voice vote:

J&D’s Bar and Grill hearing and application review for a Class B license to be added to the existing Class A license in unincorporated Wauconda.
Delilah Banuelos was sworn in by the court reporter.
Jamie Helton, State's Attorney's Office, asked questions in regards to the Class B outdoor license to be added to the Class A license.
The Liquor Commission approved the Class B license.

7-Eleven hearing and application review for a Manager application.
Joseph Clarke was sworn in by the court reporter.
Jamie Helton, State's Attorney's Office, asked questions in regards to the Management application for 7-Eleven.
The Liquor Commission approved the Manager application for 7-Eleven.

North Point Kitchen and Bar hearing and application review for a new Class A/B License in unincorporated Lake Zurich.
Ashley and Joel Gilbert were sworn in by the court reporter.
Jamie Helton, State's Attorney's Office, asked questions in regards to the application for North Point Bar and Grill.
Robert Springer was sworn in by the court reporter.
A discussion ensued with the construction of the establishment.
The Liquor Commission approved a Class A/B license contingent upon the Certificate of Habitability.

Discussion for the Board to vote on increasing the Gaming Terminal Fees.
The Liquor Commission agreed to change the fee from $25 to $250 per video gaming device.
