Register now to attend The Best Books This Fall – Lake Forest librarians' presentation of new and noteworthy titles available this autumn. Attendees have a chance to win a copy of "The Seed Keeper" by Diane Wilson – the book chosen as the Lake Forest Reads selection for this year. Lake Forest Reads is our version of the One Book, One Community program, and this event is a component of it. The event will take place from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Lake Forest Library, located at 360 E. Deerpath Road in Lake Forest.

Elawa Farm will host the 2023 Harvest Dinner, where you can celebrate the end of the summer in style. Guests will partake in a farm-to-table feast cooked by Chef Jason Hammel, winner of multiple awards at Lula Café, plus a cocktail reception, music, and dancing in the Hay Barn. This event will help raise funds for the planned program extension and campus evolution supported by the Elawa Farm Foundation. The event will take place from 6 to 10:30 p.m. at Elawa Farm, located at 1401 Middlefork Drive in Lake Forest.
