Casey Urlacher, mayor of Mettawa, said the Democratic party is struggling to keep up with immigration because sanctuary cities are overwhelmed. He referenced states like Illinois, Arizona, and New York during his time on the Lake Forest podcast.
“You’ve got all these Democratic states, Mayor Adams in New York, has had enough, he don’t know what to do now,” Urlacher told host Weiss on the Lake Forest podcast. Arizona Governor “Katie Hobbs who said ‘I can’t take it anymore,’ she’s at her wits end.”
“The question of saying, hey, what about they end up at your front door,” Urlacher said. “They won’t, because we’re just gonna put them on a bus and send them back.”
