State Rep. Tom Weber had the honor of welcoming two dedicated local leaders to the Capitol for the annual Emerging Women Leaders Conference & Recognition Event in Springfield this week. Lake Villa Police Chief Rochelle Tisinai and Fox Lake Police Chief Dawn DeServi were in attendance at the event.

"Not only have both leaders risen through the ranks to become the Chief in their respective communities, but they both also grew up in the area and attended Antioch High School."
