7. Consider passing RESOLUTION as follows:

(a) Appointing certain members to the Lake Consolidated Emergency Communications Member Board of Directors per Chief Stried

8. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:

(a) Authorizing and approving and Intergovernmental Agreement establishing the Joint Emergency Telephone System Board of Lake County per Chief Barden

(b) Authorizing and approving an Intergovernmental Agreement establishing Lake Consolidated Emergency Communications per Chief Barden

(c) Approving an AIA Agreement authorizing Camosy Inc. to act as the Construction Manager for Fire Station No. 2 per Administrator Knabel

9. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL

(a) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-15 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit to Section 102-504(a)(1) of the Zion Municipal Code to operate a 4.95 MW ground/mounted solar power generating facility for the property located at 41820 & 41822 N. Green Bay Road per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.

(b) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-16 and ordinance, requesting a Variance from Section 10-13(b) for a wire mesh fence for property located at 41820 & 41822 N. Green Bay Road per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.

(c) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-16 and ordinance, requesting a Variance to Section 26-308(4) of the Zion Municipal Code for a gravel driveway for property located at 41820 & 41822 N. Green Bay Road per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.

(d) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-17 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit from Section 70- 128(2) of the Zion Municipal Code to install an electronic message board for property located at 2225 Lewis Avenue per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.

(e) Tabulation of Bids – 2024 Street Program per Director Roberts

(f) Consider proposal from Christopher Burke Engineering for Professional Engineering Services for the 20th Street DECO Stormwater Capital Improvement Program per Director Roberts
