Appointments are now available for the Mobile DMV Event, organized in conjunction with the Secretary of State’s Office. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 11, at the Algonquin Township Road District Building 6B on Route 14 in Crystal Lake from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A variety of services will be offered, including routine driver's license renewals, state ID cards and renewals, and Real IDs. Pre-registration for appointments is necessary at https://repmclaughlin.com/mobile-dmv/.
"Please note that the Secretary of State is NOT offering behind-the-wheel driving tests at this special event."
