LIBERTYVILLE, IL – The Carris for Congress campaign has announced Congressman Darin LaHood’s (IL-16) endorsement of Jim Carris for Illinois’ 10th District. LaHood, known for his advocacy of a strong national defense and pro-growth economic policies, supports Carris as the candidate to represent the district and advance beneficial policies for Illinoisans.

Congressman LaHood is a member of the Committee on Ways & Means, the House Intelligence Committee, and the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party. As the sole Illinois Republican on these committees, he brings expertise in agribusiness, trade, technology, national security, and government regulation impacts on the economy.
