9. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL
(a) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-18 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit from Section 70-182(2) of the Zion Municipal Code to install an electronic message board for the McDonald’s road sign per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(b) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-19 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit from Section 102-60(5) of the Zion Municipal Code operate an animal hospital per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning
Commission recommends approval.
(c) Discussion and Possible Final Action Regarding a Proposal of Seller Financing for the Acquisition of Real Property (Trumpet Park; Approximately 75 acres) per City Attorney
