7.1 Consideration to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Cizek Consulting Inc. to provide water system operator services to Highwood for the next three years.
7.2 Consideration of an ordinance amending the comprehensive fee schedule to create the lead service line compliance charge and increase water rate to $5.65 per 100 cubic feet.
