The Corporate Authorities of the Village of Lake Zurich (the “Village”) propose to sell parcels of commercial and residential zoned properties currently owned by the Village. This initiative aims to further the redevelopment objectives of the Downtown TIF District #2 in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
The Village will be accepting proposals on these lots until April 7, 2025.
