The Corporate Authorities of the Village of Lake Zurich (the "Village") propose the sale of certain parcels of commercial and residential zoned properties currently owned by the Village. This initiative aims to further the redevelopment objectives of the Downtown TIF District #2 in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The Village will accept proposals on these lots until April 7, 2025.
