Members of the Adult Corrections staff at the Lake County Sheriff's Office have been recognized for their efforts in designing and implementing a new Jail Management System (JMS). This system replaces an outdated platform that was over ten years old. The new JMS enhances efficiency by streamlining processes from booking to release and centralizing documents for easier access.

The dedication of the team, along with collaboration with multiple partners, has led to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office receiving the Tyler Excellence Award for Operational Efficiency. This award was selected from 110 submissions by Tyler Technologies.

"Shoutout to our Corrections Division for their hard work and innovation!" reads a statement highlighting the achievement. The statement also emphasizes that "we're proud of our team for helping modernize operations and making our facility more efficient than ever!"
