During the 2025 season at summer aquatic facilities across the Mundelein Park & Recreation District, a recent oversight in the pricing structure at the Spray Park has been acknowledged.

Effective immediately, children ages two and under will be admitted to the Spray Park free of charge. Guests three and older will follow the standard rates: $2 for residents and $7 for nonresidents. This update brings the Spray Park in line with policy at Barefoot Bay Family Aquatic Center, ensuring a consistent experience across facilities.

Earlier this season, all guests, regardless of age, were mistakenly charged admission. If this affected you, please contact Christian Kopp at ckopp@mundeleinparks.org for a complimentary day pass to either Barefoot Bay or the Spray Park as a thank you for your understanding.

It is also noted that Barefoot Bay season passes include entry to Spray Park and Diamond Lake Beach.
