According to Lake County, the Hire Lake County Round Lake Beach Job Fair will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 2007 N Civic Center Way in Round Lake Beach, Illinois. Veterans will have early access to the event starting at 10:30 a.m. The fair aims to connect job seekers with potential employers by offering immediate interviews and networking opportunities. Participants are encouraged to register in advance to explore employment options and engage with hiring companies. This initiative is organized in collaboration with partner organizations to enhance local workforce engagement.
The Lake County Workforce Development Board acts as a business-led policy and oversight entity for workforce programs and services throughout the county. Veterans receive priority service at the center which also offers assistance with unemployment insurance, voter registration, and anonymous feedback options.
