Northbrook School District 28 is inviting families to participate in its First Day Photo Contest as the 2025-26 school year begins. The district encourages students and their families to share photos from the first day of school by sending them to Samantha Scheinman, Director of Communications & Community Relations, at sscheinman@northbrook28.net. Those posting on Instagram are asked to use the hashtag #D28FIRSTDAY25.
Families with students in grades 1-8 should submit their photos by 6 p.m. on August 20, while Young Explorer and Kindergarten families have until 6 p.m. on August 21. The winning photo will be featured on the district’s social media channels on Friday, August 22.
