The second annual Dad Bods 3v3 Charity Basketball Tournament is scheduled for Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Northwood Middle School. The event will be held indoors and played on a half-court. Teams will participate in a group stage leading into playoffs or consolation brackets, with each team guaranteed three games. Games will be played to 11 points, except for semifinals and finals which go to 21.

Organizers have set a fundraising goal of $10,000 to benefit the Parks Foundation of Highland Park. The funds raised are intended to help ensure that families in Highwood and Highland Park can take part in Park District programs and support other projects by the district.

Teams consist of three or four players. Each participant must raise at least $75 to play, making the minimum for a team either $225 or $300 depending on its size. All participants will receive an official event T-shirt. Teams are encouraged to raise additional funds; the top fundraising team will receive a prize.

The registration deadline is Sunday, October 5.

"Because every dollar makes a difference. Our goal is to raise $10,000 in support of the Parks Foundation of Highland Park—helping ensure all Highwood and Highland Park families can participate in Park District programs and supporting exceptional Park District projects."

"Let’s make this year bigger, better, and even more fun than last!"
