2. Approval of a Resolution authorizing Trick-or-Treat hours to be from 4:00-7:00 pm on Friday,October 31 – Resolution No. 25-75

3. Approval of a Resolution Authorizing a Special Event Liquor License for the Antioch Moose Lodge for Harvest Fest, waiving all fees – Resolution No. 25-76

4. Approval of a Resolution accepting the GASB 67&68 Actuarial Valuation Report for April 30, 2025; the Funding Actuarial Valuation Report for the contribution year ending April 30, 2026; and the Pension Funding Projections for the Village of Antioch Police Pension Fund as prepared by the Lauterbach & Amen – Resolution No. 25-77

7. Consideration and approval of a Resolution authorizing, approving and ratifying the purchase of consulting services for the Village of Antioch, IL (HR Green, Inc. Building Inspection and Community Development Services) – Resolution No. 25-79

8. Consideration and approval of a Resolution authorizing the purchase of one (1) Ford F-150 Police Responder from Currie Motors, as well as upfitting Emergency Equipment from Ultrastrobe and R Page Products at a cost not to exceed $65,000 – Resolution No. 25-80
