A film production crew has begun work in Wauconda, with activities scheduled to continue through November 12. The primary filming is taking place on private property within the township, starting from October 29.

Several logistical changes have been announced to accommodate the production. Film trucks and equipment will be stationed at Wagner Plumbing Supply beginning late evening on October 29, where they will remain for the duration of the shoot. Additionally, around 75 crew vehicles will be parked at Mill Creek Banquets starting October 30, with shuttles transporting crew members between this location and the filming site.

Local businesses are being used as bases for crew and equipment, which may result in increased traffic and noise in certain areas during this period.

Driving-related filming work is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4 near the main filming location. The Lake County Sheriff's Office will provide assistance to ensure public safety and help manage any necessary temporary changes to routes. Another day of filming is planned for November 10 at a secondary location, 3 Amigas.

The Village of Wauconda expressed gratitude for residents' understanding during this time. "We appreciate the community's cooperation and patience as the production team works in our area. Your consideration in allowing the crew to work with minimal distraction is greatly appreciated."
