Winter storm warning causes Lake Forest to close city facilities, programs

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning, leading the City of Lake Forest to close all city facilities from noon today. The Lake Forest Parks & Recreation classes and programs have also been canceled for the day.
