The Village of Wilmette's Zoning Board of Appeals will review four permit requests at their meeting Wednesday.
The board will hear a request from Annie and Mark SooHoo for variations in setbacks and impervious surface coverage rules to allow for a shed and consider Nathan and Rebecca Freeborn's request for a variance that would allow them to pursue a second-story addition.
They will also consider Fraternite Notre Dame's request for a special use permit for a limited service restaurant with outdoor seating called "St.Roger Abbey Patisserie."
Gambacorta Family Limited Partnership will also ask the board to consider allowing them to build more than one townhouse unit on a single lot so they can move forward with plans for five units in two buildings.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
