The Lake Forest Building Review Board will consider the construction and demolition of residences at its next regular meeting Jan. 6.
Architect Daniel Bendixon and Project Manager Robert Lisk will present their design for an additional model home at the Amberley Woods Courtyard Homes housing development. The pair will seek approval of changes to a previously approved design as well as changes to the anti-monotony parameters for the project.
The board will then review plans from U.S. Shelter LLC to demolish and rebuild a house at 236 Park Ave. as well as Joan Budilovsky's plans for a house and garage at 739 Illinois Rd. Budilovsky will be building over a previously approved demolition and will also seek approval for a landscaping plan.
The board postponed its consideration of the site plan for a new home and garage at 480 Ryan Place. It did not say when it would take up the request.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
