The Village of Lincolnshire will convene for a special zoning board meeting at 7:00 p.m. Jan. 26 in the Village Hall public meeting room at 1 Olde Half Day Road.
Following roll call and approval of minutes for the previous regular zoning board meeting on Jan. 12, three items will be on the agenda for consideration regarding site and building design plans for local schools.
The first item concerns a request for a special use permit for a proposed 24,500-square-foot addition and parking lot relocation for Half Day School at 239 Olde Half Day Road; the second item regards a request for rezoning the parking lot at the same school site from R1 (single-family residence) to B1 (retail business); and the third matter tackles a request for a special use permit for a 14,000-square-foot addition to Sprague Elementary School at 2425 Riverwoods Road.
Unfinished and new business will be followed directly by a period of time devoted to citizens’ remarks, followed by adjournment.
