Tending to old and new business, Lake Forest’s Elawa Farm Commission is scheduled to meet from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in the City Hall’s City Council Conference Room.
Following call to order and roll call, the commission will approve the Consent Agenda, consisting of minutes from its Nov. 5, 2015, meeting.
The Elawa Farm Foundation executive director will present a year-end update on financials.
In old business, updates will be reported by the Buildings and Grounds and Finance Committees.
In new business, the commission will discuss and review its Operating Agreement, examine its Foundation Board updates as related to the organization’s strategic plan and vision, hear facility updates and clarify its 2016 meeting schedule.
A period of time will be devoted to public comment prior to adjournment.
