Lake Bluff, Illinois’ ad hoc committee for sustainability and community enhancement plans to meet tonight at 7 to address continued goals, priorities and mission activities for a local organization.
Attendees can look forward to hearing from David Bedrin, a board member representing Green Minds Lake Forest-Lake Bluff, who will make a presentation on his agency’s actions and goals in the meeting’s general business portion.
Green Minds Lake Forest-Lake Bluff is a contributing member of CONSEG, or Consortium of North Suburban Environmental Groups, an organization comprising many Chicago area green initiatives. The group strives to share information and dialog about environmental issues and meets several times annually at the Chicago Botanic Gardens.
The public is reminded that non-agenda items and visitors will be allotted a portion of time near the beginning of the session in order to express any questions or concerns not listed in the meeting’s agenda. Additionally, the co-chairs will hear requests regarding the order of business before proceeding.
Also in general business, the ad hoc committee will advance discussion on its own priorities before hearing reports from Village staff, other members, and the committee co-chair prior to adjournment.
