The Lake County Revenue, Records and Legislation Committee held a regular meeting this week to discuss threatened litigation pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) in an executive session.

Executive sessions generally are held to discuss sensitive topics concerning personnel, land purchases and litigation issues. Any action items on such discussions are carried out publicly after the closed sessions.

The committee also received new-business reports from County Clerk Carla Wyckoff covering January and February, as well as a report from Recorder of Deeds Mary Ellen Vanderventer covering February.
