APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Finance Committee Meeting of August 15, 2016.

1. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to approve additional funds to Municipal Well and Pump
of Waupun, Wisconsin for an amount not to exceed $35,360 to complete the repairs on Pump #8 at the
Water Plant. This project was originally approved by Council on May 16, 2016 for an amount of
$87,380. Funds for these additional repairs are available in line item 555-916027018.

A. New Business Licenses issued for the month of August 2016.
B. Illinois Gaming Board Video for Waukegan August 2016.
C. Food & Beverage and Hotel Tax Collections reports for the period ending August 2016.
D. Budget to Actual Report 2016-2017 Fiscal year Ending August 2016.
E. Stabilization Fund Report as required by City of Waukegan Resolution 12-R-67 for August 2016.
F. Beach Budget to Actual Report.
