A. An application has been filed with Village of Round Lake Beach for a pier installation in the
channel abutting 19 North Channel Drive.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Petition request of Papo’s Holdings LLC. for a Special Use Permit for a proposed Papo’s Express
Car Wash at property located in the Village’s C-3 General Business District at 207 W. Rollins
Road.
B. Petition request of the Village of Round Lake Beach to consider a text amendment to the Round
Lake Beach zoning ordinance to add as a special use an Indoor-Outdoor Entertainment Center in
the C-3 General Business District.
C. Petition request of Kristof’s Entertainment Center for a Special Use Permit with departures for to
the existing family oriented Entertainment Center at 421 W. Rollins to be classified as a Special
Use as an Indoor-Outdoor Entertainment Center within the applicable C-3 General Business
Zoning District.
D. Petitioner has requested to continue public hearing to November 10, 2016.
Continued Public Hearing: petition request of James Price for a special use permit and zoning
variations and departures within the applicable C-3 General Business Zoning District to expand
an existing Self-Storage site located at 880 E. Rollins Road. The proposed facilities include
additional single story self-storage buildings and outdoor storage on 2 vacant acres immediately
west of the existing self-storage buildings.
