Amendment to the Lake County Ethics Ordinance, previously amended on May 10, 2011.
The Lake County Board adopted the Lake County Ethics Ordinance on May 11, 2004 in accordance with the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act (Public Act 93-615).
In conformance with State law, the County periodically reviews its Ordinance to determine if amendments are required. Staff is recommending amendments to add additional provisions and to clarify language in the ordinance.
