The campaign committee Land of Reagan owes a $3,075 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $3,150 with Bruce Donnelly listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 20 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $88,517.30 in pending fines.
