Wakefield for Waukegan owes $10,000 in fines

The campaign committee Wakefield for Waukegan owes a $5,000 fine imposed on May 25, 2012, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $5,000 with Christopher J. Wakefield listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 20 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $88,517.30 in pending fines.
