Yes for EMS owes $325 in fines

The campaign committee Yes for EMS owes a $50 fine imposed on Feb. 27, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $275 with Bryan T. Shaughnessy listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 20 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $88,517.30 in pending fines.
