· Permitting the sale of alcohol to a minor.

Pinsters Bowl & Bar LLC DBA Pinsters Bowl & Bar, 1646 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL 60099, regarding an update and review on the completion of the order issued on April 27, 2016: April 27, 2016
· The License holder shall pay a fine of $1,500.
· Liquor License shall be suspended from 12.a.m. April 28, 2016 to 12 a.m. May 28, 2016.
· The license holder shall not host or allow their premises to be used for disc-jockeyed (DJ) events/disc-jockeyed (DJ) parties.
· The license holder shall provide residents in the adjoining neighborhood with a contact “point person” during working hours of the establishment for purposes of dealing with neighbor’s concerns.
· The license holder shall provide security to monitor events inside the premises and the parking lot especially during weekends and closing times.
· The license holder shall install external security cameras.
· The license holder shall pay for “No Parking for Pinsters Patrons” signs to be placed near the neighborhoods.
