Village of Deerfield Board of Trustees met March 5. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

                                                                             Notice

The undersigned, Harriet E. Rosenthal, Mayor of the Village of Deerfield, does hereby give notice that the Board of Trustees will meet in Closed Session on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 6:45 p.m. The Closed Session will take place in the Executive Conference Room of the Village Hall to discuss personnel pursuant to 2(c)(1), 2(c)(2) and 2(c)(6) of the Open Meetings Act.

The village clerk is hereby directed to: (1) forthwith deliver a copy of this notice to all village trustees; (2) post a copy of this notice of said special meeting not less than 48 hours prior to said special meeting at the village hall; and (3) supply copies of this notice to any news media which has filed an annual request for such notices.
