1. Approval of Minutes:  Regular Meeting of March 6, 2018

2. Approval:  Accounts Payable – March 20, 2018

3. Ordinance No. O‐18‐04:    Amending Section 10‐1A‐3 of the Village of Volo Municipal Code Pertaining to Fire Prevention and Automatic Sprinkler Systems

On the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole, the Village Board will consider approving Ordinance No. O‐18‐04, amending the Village’s Fire Code (§10‐1A‐3 of the Village Code) to modify the requirements for automatic sprinkler systems and provide for variations when there are practical difficulties associated with installing a sprinkler system.

4. Ordinance No. O‐18‐05:  Rezoning Approximately 22.5 Acres of Property Generally Located on the West Side of US Route 12 and North of Concrete Drive to the LI Zoning District in the Village of Volo

On the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Village Board will consider approving Ordinance No. O‐18‐05, rezoning the 22.5‐acre property at 32550 N US Highway 12 from B3 – Regional Business to LI – Light Industrial.

5. Ordinance No. O‐18‐06:  Granting a Special Use Permit and Preliminary Planned Unit Development

Approval for the Chain O’Lakes Self‐Service Storage Facility On the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Village Board will consider approving Ordinance No. O‐18‐06, granting a special use permit for a self‐storage facility, including outdoor vehicle storage, and preliminary planned unit development approval.

6. Approval:  Plat of Easement – Remington Pointe North Unit 4

The Village Board will consider approving a Plat of Easement to increase easements on various lots in Remington Pointe North Unit 4.  The larger easements are needed to relocate storm sewers and drainage swales farther from the east property line to preserve existing trees.

7. Approval:  Split Rail Fence Installation (Fish Lake Road)

The Village Board will consider awarding a contract to Arteaga Fence for split rail fence installation on Fish Lake Road.
