2. Approval:  Accounts Payable – April 24, 2018

3. Ordinance No. O‐18‐07:  Granting a Special Use Permit for a Church

     On the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Village Board will consider

     approving Ordinance No. O‐18‐07, granting a special use permit for a church at 401 E IL Route 60,

     Units 803 – 804.

4. Approval:  FY 18/19 Budget

     The Village Board will consider approving the FY 18/19 Budget.    The Village Board previously

     reviewed and discussed draft budget materials at its annual Budget Workshop.

5. Ordinance No. O‐18‐08:  Amending the Annual Fee Schedule

     The Village Board will consider approving Ordinance No. O‐18‐08, revising the multi‐year rate plans

     for water and garbage and recycling services.    The amended fee schedule reduces the previously

     adopted rates for water and garbage and recycling services.

6. Approval:  Regular Village Appointments

     The Village Board will consider approving Mayor Henley’s recommendations for various regular

     annual appointments.

7. Approval:  FY 18/19 Regular Meeting Schedule

     Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120), the Village Board will consider approving the

     regular meeting schedule for FY 18/19.
