i. Public Hearing – PZC-07-2018 - 1 Hunt Court, Northfield Block

Motion to recommend approval of a variation to grant relief from the requirement for building facades greater than one hundred feet to incorporate wall projections or articulation pursuant to Section20.40.040 (A)(3)of the Zoning Ordinance.

Motion to recommend approval of a variation from Section 20.40.040(D) to allow for plain concrete block and metal as exterior building materials.

Motion to recommend approval of a variation from Section 20.40.030, Table 20.40-2 to allow for a building height of one hundred and thirty (130) feet plus elevator appurtenances.

Motion to recommend approval of a variation from Section 20.52.040(A)(7) to allow for accessory structures greater than fifteen (15) feet in height.

Motion to recommend approval of a variation from Section 20.60.070(A) to grant relief from foundation landscaping requirements.

Motion to recommend approval of a variation from Section 20.60.060(B)(2) to grant relief from on-lot landscaping requirements.

Motion to recommend approval of a variation from Section 20.56.140, Table 20.56-1 to grant relief from the required off-street parking requirements.
