Village of Fox Lake recently issued the following announcement.
A fun overall body work-out with emphasis on the Core. These classes can be done seated, standing with support or free standing. Even seated these will always be beneficial to your overall balance, strength, flexibility and increased mobility. Strengthen your core without doing crunches on the floor.
