Q1 real estate sales report: Gages Lake

Median prices declined in Gages Lake over last year, and are down 27.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 39 homes sold in Gages Lake for a median price of $170,100. That's 7.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, 2 homes in Gages Lake were in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Gages Lake was $5,361.51 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.9 percent of their home's value in taxes.
