Village of Volo Village Board Planning & Zoning Commission will meet July 10.

Roll Call:
1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of June 12, 2018
2. Final Plat Approval: Chain O’Lakes SuperStorage – 32550 N US Highway 12
The Commission will consider a recommendation on the final plat for Chain O’Lakes SuperStorage.
The development will include a self‐storage facility with traditional self‐storage units as well as covered and uncovered outdoor vehicle storage
3. Public Hearing: Variances – 401 E IL Route 60
The Commission will consider an application for variances to reduce the required lot width and side yard in conjunction with the proposed re‐subdivision of Lot 5 in the Volo Commerce Center.
The applicant is Volo Commerce, LLC, owner of the property.
4. Public Hearing (continued): Business Planned Unit Development (B‐PUD) Concept Plan – Public Hearing (continued): 34510 N Gilmer Road
The Commission will continue its review of a concept plan and proposed development standards for a Business Planned Unit Development at 34510 N Gilmer Road. The applicant is Volo Partners, LLC, owner of the property.
The concept plan for the 87.5‐acre site envisions a master planned mixed‐used development including non‐residential and multi‐family residential components of varying use and density.
