Round Lake Area Park District issued the following announcement on Aug. 8.
Hard to believe. it's August already! Time to be thinking about school again. Our Child Development Center is NAEYC accredited, and has received the Gold Circle of Excellence from ExcelleRate Illinois. We offer Full-Day and Half-Day Preschool as well as Half-Day Pre-Kindergarten. We have two convenient locations - in Round Lake and in Round Lake Beach - to find the best location for your child care needs.
Our Full-Day Preschool / Childcare Program is available at the CDC location within our Robert W. Rolek Community Center at 814 Hart Road in Round Lake. The program goes from August 2018 - August 2019 for 2 year olds and 3-5 year olds. ** If you do not need full-day care we offer flexible hours! Contact Joan Ellis, CDC Manager, for arrangements at 847-546-8558.
Half-Day Preschool and Half-Day Pre-K are available at both locations: CDC at the Community Center, and our CDC Site II located at 2041 N. Orchard Lane in Round Lake Beach. Half-Day Preschool is available to 3-4 year olds; Half-Day Pre-K for 4-5 year olds. Choose from a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule, or choose a Tuesday/Thursday option.
