Helene Miller Walsh of the Republican party will have to wait to see if she is the winner in the House District 51 race against Democratic candidate Mary Edly-Allen.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Walsh won by one vote, 25,106 votes over Edly-Allen's 25,105.
The final outcome hinges on provisional and mail-in ballots, with the final count due by Nov. 20.
