Governor race: Democrat Pritzker wins voter tally in Vernon Township Precinct 281

JB Pritzker led Republican Bruce Rauner in votes cast in Vernon Township Precinct 281 for the gubernatorial race, according to the latest vote count.

Pritzker appeared to outpace Rauner by a margin of 19 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Republican Bruce Rauner, won by a margin of 7.5 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Democrat Pat Quinn, who received 255 votes to Rauner's 297.
