State Senate race: Democrat Morrison wins voter tally in Shields Township Precinct 235

Julie A. Morrison led Republican Barrett Davie in votes cast in Shields Township Precinct 235 for the District 29 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Morrison appeared to outpace Davie by a margin of 5.3 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
