Add this special class on to your Dance, Cycle or FitBar class!
Flash classes are special one-time classes that are not on our regular Group Exercise Schedule. They are included with your SRC membership or facility guest pass. Flash classes will be announced through e-alerts as ell as our website and social media platforms.
