How did Howard Cooper spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Howard Cooper's election campaign committee, Citizens for Cooper, spent $1,675 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cooper's committee spent the most on disclousre filing and consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,500) going to Elect Inc. in Elmhurst. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cooper's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
